Glenkash Properties is a local property holding company based in Ontario. Recently announced in Windsor-Essex: investment of over $5 billion dollars, creating 2,500 direct jobs through a joint venture between Stellantis and LG Energy Solutions to establish a battery manufacturing plant. Stellantis has also confirmed a multibillion dollar retooling investment into the Windsor Assembly Plant (Windsor largest Employer) ensuring continued growth for the Automotive sector in Windsor. Also, Amazon had confirmed the purchase of 27 Acres in Windsor.

Real-estate in Windsor has seen a significant growth and Windsor is seen as more affordable and manageable compared to larger cities in Canada making Windsor a desirable location to live, work and retire.

DOWNTOWN WINDSOR -CITY CENTER WEST

This part of the Downtown Core had seen investment in the area over several of the last years. It is home to a significance amount of development in the areas of education, culture, recreation, and commercial development. It has become home to St. Clair College Center for the Performing Arts, The Zekelman School of Business, and Information Technology, St. Clair College MediaPlex, St Clair College TD student Center and University of Windsor Center for Executive and Professional Education. It is also home to the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Center and Adventure Bay Family Water Park. The area is home to the Rocket Innovation Studio a recently opened innovation technology hub owned by American Businessman, Dan Gilbert. Stellantis Canada has their Canadian headquarters located in the area. And recently the Invest Windsor Essex Economic Development office have moved to the area. The Windsor bus station is located withing the City Center west providing international transpiration to the United States with easy access to both the Ambassador Bridge and Windsor Detroit Tunnel.
